If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. 

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

  • Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named Shopify
  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to CELLIPONTIDESIGNS, rue bois-loué 62, 6230 Pont-à-Celles.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Application or the Website or both.
  • Website refers to Beatrice Edney Art, accessible from www.beatriceedneyart.com and linked sub-domains.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Return Policy

European Union 14 day cooling off period

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  1. The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
  2. The Goods are in the original packaging
  3. Product isn't used or damaged
  4. Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

Exceptions are highlighted thereafter in section “Non-returnable items / Exclusions”

 Non-returnable items/Exclusions

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • special orders, bespoke size/frame options or personalized items
  • sale items or gift cards

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

 Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returning Goods/Refunds

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item* you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
